Ivaylo Nikolov

Ivaylo Nikolaev Nikolov was born on March 14, 2001 in Veliko Tarnovo.

He graduated from the "M. V. Lomonosov" State University of Applied Sciences with a degree in "Computer Engineering and Technologies".

Later, he turned his professional interest to law and continued his education at the New Bulgarian University.

His professional experience, and in particular his practice in notarial activities, have developed in him a sense of structure, consistency and the importance of a well-organized process. Working with specific cases gives him a practical basis for understanding the real application of law and its role in the sustainable development of initiatives with public value.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Ivaylo participates in the activities of the association with a conviction in the importance of the Bulgarian culinary heritage as part of the cultural identity of the country. He perceives contemporary gastronomy as an opportunity for a new reading of regional traditions, based on respect for history and clarity in the organization. In this context, he sees his role in supporting the activities of the association by building a stable, legal and consistent foundation on which ideas can develop sustainably and responsibly.
